The proposition for local business is that by buying the opportunity to promote an offer on www.brandnewforest.com, businesses will grow market share from a new customer base of local residents and the millions of annual visitors.

The Brand New Forest Card:
The Brand New Forest Card retails for £5 (incl VAT) and wholesales at £3 (incl VAT). Each card has a
unique number.

Only businesses registered within New Forest district can advertise offers, this also applies to listings in the business to business directory on the same website.

Brand New Forest Card & Offer Promotion and Marketing:
NFDC, New Forest Business Partnership, New Forest Tourism Association and other partners are undertaking ongoing promotional and marketing activity to drive cardholders and prospective cardholders to www.brandnewforest.com to buy cards, access offers and use the business directory. Point of sale promotional material and window stickers are provided free to participating businesses.

Card registration & monthly prize draw:
Customers who register cards on www.brandnewforest.com will receive monthly emails advising them of new offers and promotions and also be eligible for a monthly prize draw.

What is the minimum outlay?
The minimum advertising period for offers is 12 months. The amount your business pays is dependent upon its size starting from just £40 for the smallest business (1-5 employees)

Can you change your offer?
This can be done monthly

How are offers publicised?:
Through an ongoing marketing campaign which will include printed and broadcast media. Individual partners will also promote the card and offer campaign through their own websites and publicity activities. The scheme will also be promoted to visitors on the tourism website www.thenewforest.co.uk (6.7 million page views in 2010).

What happens to BNF Card and other profits?
All profits will be reinvested in developing the card offer scheme and its publicity and promotion.

How does the invoicing work?
You will be invoiced for your advertising offer and cards. Payment terms 301 days from date of invoice.
